The 27-year-old reality star shared photos from her appearance at the Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week show, but one particular detail quickly became the focus of speculation.
Dressed in a plunging gown by Ludovic de Saint Sernin, Kylie’s ample cleavage took center stage—prompting numerous Instagram followers to question whether she may have undergone another breast augmentation.

In the shared snaps, she revealed that Chanel had sent 30 purses to her hotel room for her to choose from for the star-studded event—totaling over £120,000 worth of handbags at her disposal.
Kylie had previously admitted in 2023 to having undergone a secret breast augmentation at the age of 19.
In the season three finale of the Hulu reality show, mom-of-two Kylie spoke openly with her best friend, Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou, about her breast augmentation and expressed regret over the decision.
“I got my breasts done before Stormi,” she revealed. “Within six months of having Stormi—not thinking I would have a child when I was 20—they were still healing.”
