In newly-released police bodycam footage, Kim Zolciak accused her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, of stealing items from their former Alpharetta, Georgia home during a chaotic move-out situation. Zolciak, 46, told a Milton Police Department officer, “Kroy stole a bunch of stuff,” as she was reportedly in the process of leaving. The incident occurred on December 15, when officers responded to a call about a civil dispute involving the couple’s belongings being loaded into a moving van. The altercation comes amid their ongoing divorce, which has been marked by public tension.
In the bodycam footage, Kroy Biermann, 39, expressed his frustration with Kim Zolciak, stating that she believed she had claim to everything in their shared home. He voiced his opposition to her taking items he felt should remain his, telling the officer, “This individual seems to think everything belongs to her… and they continue to empty out property of this house that belongs to me.” The altercation occurred as Zolciak was moving the last of her belongings into a moving truck. Biermann had parked behind the truck and initially refused to move, intensifying the tension during the divorce proceedings.
Kim Zolciak accused Kroy Biermann of intentionally blocking her from retrieving her belongings during the contentious move-out process. She told the officer that, while some items were listed in a court order as hers, other possessions, including her purses, were missing, claiming Biermann had taken them. She explained that many of the items in the house were hers before they married, such as furniture and other belongings.
Zolciak also mentioned that during a recent trip to Los Angeles, she returned to find that Biermann had taken many items, including kitchenware and several pots and pans. She described the situation as having been made worse by Biermann’s alleged harassment of the movers, stating that the moving company had been repeatedly harassed by him throughout the process.#newsafro_
