Aubrey Plaza was scheduled to present at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards before the tragic death of her husband, Jeff Baena, at the age of 47 on Friday.
Earlier this week, the 40-year-old actress was announced as one of the stars, alongside Andrew Garfield, Demi Moore, Gal Gadot, and Nicolas Cage, scheduled to present at the 82nd annual Golden Globe Awards on Sunday. However, it is now highly unlikely that Plaza, known for Parks and Recreation, will attend or present at the ceremony, which is set to take place just two days after the tragic passing of her husband, Jeff Baena.
Newsafro.com has contacted Plaza’s representatives for a statement but has not received a response. The actress has not publicly commented on the death of her husband.
Last year, Plaza received her first Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Television Limited Series/Motion Picture for her portrayal of Harper Spiller in The White Lotus.#newsafro_
