The track showcases his signature raw style as he expresses his frustration and calls out the relationship. The song has been making waves as fans speculate about the inspiration behind the lyrics, adding fuel to the ongoing drama between the two.
Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, known as Portable, has escalated his public feud with his ex-lover, Queen Dami, by releasing a new track titled “Bye Bye to Jaga Jaga” on December 14, 2024. In the song, which translates to “bye bye to rubbish,” Portable continues to attack Dami, accusing her of attempting to ruin his home. He claims that during a phone inspection, he discovered the names of top fuji musicians who allegedly had relationships with her. The song and its accompanying allegations have added more fuel to their already heated and highly publicized split.
Portable has further detailed his contentious relationship with Queen Dami, claiming that she admitted to having the names of prominent fuji musicians on her phone, explaining that her late husband, the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, could not satisfy her.
Portable also recounted how Dami had allegedly claimed to be pregnant with his child but only agreed to his conditions before he accepted her. He went on to provide her with an apartment near his studio, but accused her of causing chaos by destroying his bar, chasing his workers, and secretly meeting his wife, Queen Bewaji, which led to conflict at home.
In response, Dami expressed on Instagram that she was ending the relationship, writing, “Alliamdullillai I’m done. This is too much for me, can’t take this embarrassment again. Ire oo.”
