The television program Celebrity Apprentice is scheduled to make its return in 2025 to mark the 20th anniversary of the show. Production executives are reportedly in discussions to secure the participation of notable figures Cheryl and Piers Morgan.
This will mark the first staging of the Celebrity Apprentice spin-off, originating from the BBC One business competition hosted by Lord Alan Sugar, 77, in 16 years. Producers are reportedly aiming to secure high-profile personalities, including Cheryl Tweedy and Piers Morgan, both of whom have previously appeared on celebrity spin-offs of the show.
A television insider informed The Sun that producers are keen to involve A-list celebrities in this special edition of The Apprentice, with securing Piers Morgan in particular seen as a major draw due to his ongoing feud with Lord Sugar.
The selection process for participants is still in the early stages, and few celebrities have been approached as the producers intend to carefully curate a diverse and fitting lineup for the show.
The celebrity version is expected to air towards the end of 2025, likely just before the premiere of the 20th series.
