Jennifer Garner was seen warmly holding hands with her 15-year-old son, Fin, as she accompanied her two youngest children to church. The actress enjoyed a touching family moment, displaying her close bond with her children during the outing.
The 52-year-old Deadpool and Wolverine actress, who recently sparked engagement rumors, was seen holding hands with her 15-year-old middle child, Fin, as they walked toward the church. Joining them was Fin’s younger brother, 12-year-old Samuel, both of whom Jennifer shares with her ex-husband, Ben Affleck.
While the former Hollywood couple’s eldest daughter, 18-year-old Violet, did not join the trio for church services—likely due to her recent enrollment at Yale University—Jennifer Garner looked effortlessly stylish in a business-casual outfit. She donned a gray mock turtleneck with short sleeves, tucked into high-waisted black slacks cinched with a matching leather belt. Completing her ensemble, the Alias star wore black slingback heels, accessorized with a black handbag and chunky dark sunglasses.
Standing at 5 feet 8 inches, Jennifer wore her glossy brunette hair down over her shoulders, though a playful gust of wind swept her hair up as they headed to church. Notably, she appeared to have a bare left ring finger after previously sparking engagement rumors. Last week, she was seen driving with a mysterious gold ring on that same finger, which seemed to feature a turquoise stone. This speculation arose shortly after In Touch reported that she and her boyfriend, John Miller, were planning a “dream wedding” in Paris.
Fin opted for a more casual look, sporting a navy cardigan with red and white stripes over a white graphic t-shirt, paired with blue cargo jeans and black Adidas trainers. Meanwhile, Samuel kept it low-key in a black graphic t-shirt, matching sweatpants, and gray-and-white Nike high-top sneakers.
It was unclear whether the family trio had plans to meet up with Ben Affleck, but he has joined Jennifer for church services in the past, demonstrating their ability to maintain a close co-parenting relationship despite moving on to new partnerships.
Recently, an insider revealed that Ben is open to dating again while in the process of divorcing Jennifer Lopez. However, he has one key condition for any potential partner: they must be sober or in recovery. “These past two years have been tough for Ben, and as he begins to heal, one thing is very clear: his recovery comes before anything. He is not going to put his sobriety in jeopardy,” the source noted.
Friends of the Argo star had expressed concern that he might relapse after moving out of the $68 million home he shared with Lopez and relocating to a rental in Brentwood to be closer to his children. Nevertheless, the source emphasized that Ben had not relapsed, though he was distressed by rumors suggesting he had begun drinking again.
