Kelly Osbourne recently showcased her significant weight loss while out trick-or-treating with her son in Los Angeles. Her slimmer appearance sparked rumors of using Ozempic, a diabetes medication popularized for its weight-loss side effects. Osbourne, however, has been open in the past about her weight-loss journey and commitment to a healthier lifestyle, focusing on diet and exercise. Fans noted her striking transformation, as she seemed to enjoy the Halloween festivities with her son amidst the ongoing speculation.
Kelly Osbourne, 40, stepped out for Halloween festivities in Los Angeles with her boyfriend, Sid Wilson, 47, and their nearly 2-year-old son, Sidney, dressed as a coordinated lifeguard and shark trio. Joining them were close friend Daniel Nguyen and another guest, both keeping to the fun theme. Osbourne’s recent transformation, marked by a noticeably tiny waist and slender legs, has fueled rumors of using Ozempic, a type 2 diabetes medication known for its weight-loss side effects.
Despite speculation, Osbourne has denied using weight-loss drugs, crediting her figure to lifestyle changes post-pregnancy. Her latest outing comes shortly after celebrating her milestone 40th birthday, marking a new chapter for the television personality.
In response to speculation, Kelly Osbourne clarified in late April that her weight loss wasn’t due to Ozempic. Instead, she credited her transformation to cutting out sugar and carbohydrates, which she says led to rapid weight loss. By adopting these dietary changes, Osbourne aimed for a healthier approach rather than relying on medication, as rumors have suggested. Her recent Halloween appearance highlighted her ongoing commitment to her wellness journey.
Kelly Osbourne addressed Ozempic rumors in an interview with Extra, explaining, “I know everybody thinks I took Ozempic. I did not… My mom took Ozempic.” Despite previously commending the drug, she clarified that her weight loss stemmed from her battle with gestational diabetes during pregnancy. She was motivated to lose the pregnancy weight to avoid a long-term diabetes risk.
Osbourne has also been candid about using toning treatments, like EMFACE and EMSCULPT NEO, to help tighten her body and face post-pregnancy. She shared that her skin lost elasticity and developed stretch marks, particularly on her stomach, after childbirth. At Dolly Parton’s Pet Gala, she praised Ozempic as “amazing” and suggested that critics of such weight-loss medications might be motivated by jealousy.
