Nikki Garcia was seen showcasing her toned midriff while running errands, amidst her contentious divorce from Artem Chigvintsev. The television personality appeared confident and stylish as she navigated her day-to-day activities, drawing attention despite the ongoing legal challenges surrounding her separation from the professional dancer.
The 40-year-old WWE star made a stop at the grocery store, where she treated herself to some flowers during her solo outing. This excursion occurs against the backdrop of her divorce from the 42-year-old professional dancer, who recently alleged that she fabricated domestic violence claims against him.
Several weeks prior, Chigvintsev was arrested on domestic violence charges after Garcia alleged that he attacked her in front of their four-year-old son, Matteo, at their residence. Despite his counter-accusation, the television personality appeared relaxed and in good spirits during her leisurely solo outing.
During her day of running errands, she showcased her toned physique in a cream-colored crop top. She paired the racerback tank with high-waisted black leggings and platform, puffy flip-flops. To complete her look, she tied a white and gray flannel shirt around her waist and carried a crossbody bag featuring a colorful linen strap.
At one point, the retired professional wrestler gathered her raven-black hair into a high bun using a peach-colored scrunchie that she had originally worn on her wrist. On this warm, sunny day, she also donned a pair of oversized, pink-tinted sunglasses.
She looked radiant during her outing, appearing to wear minimal to no makeup. Choosing to forgo jewelry, she was not seen wearing her wedding ring amid the contentious separation from her ex. Just days later, Garcia was granted a restraining order after submitting a sworn declaration to a California court detailing the alleged attack in front of their son.
In her filing, Garcia alleged that her ex-husband “tackled” her “multiple times” and “pinned me to the ground while our child was present” during an argument over breakfast. She asserted that Chigvintsev became “increasingly angry, snapping at me and yelling” after not being invited back to Dancing with the Stars for season 33. Despite her attempts to discuss his alleged anger issues, she claimed that on the morning of August 29, he erupted in a rage over how their son’s English muffin should be toasted, screaming at her and blaming her for their son being a “picky eater.” Chigvintsev was arrested on August 29, but the domestic violence charges against him were subsequently dropped in late September following a “thorough” investigation by the Napa County District Attorney.
