Diddy is facing a wave of new lawsuits that will reportedly unveil a list of alleged accomplices, which his lawyer claims could include names that may shock the public. These lawsuits stem from accusations of sexual abuse involving at least 120 individuals, half of whom are male, and many of the alleged incidents occurred in states like New York, California, Georgia, and Florida.
Among the shocking claims is an allegation that a 9-year-old boy was sexually abused after auditioning at Bad Boy Records, along with other minors who were also seeking record deals.
Diddy, currently incarcerated in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center on charges including sex trafficking, has denied all allegations against him, asserting they are false and defamatory.
As the lawsuits progress, Diddy’s legal team is preparing to handle the list of names with extreme caution, emphasizing the importance of verifying any claims before making them public.
Buzbee has announced his intention to initiate legal actions across multiple states within the forthcoming 30 days, with a commitment to disclose the identities of the plaintiffs at a later time.
He has confirmed that approximately 50% of the plaintiffs are male, and that the majority of the alleged incidents occurred in the jurisdictions of New York, California, Georgia, and Florida.
The allegations date back to 1991, with the youngest purported victim being merely nine years of age at the time of the incidents; 25 of the accusers have asserted they were minors when the alleged conduct took place.
Numerous claims pertain to Combs’ notorious annual White Parties, as well as various hotel venues, with many of these incidents allegedly involving the use of controlled substances.
This lawsuit represents the latest in a series of nearly a dozen claims filed against the beleaguered music mogul, alleging sexual and physical abuse.
These developments follow the rapper’s recent federal indictment on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.
Combs has categorically denied any wrongdoing and has entered a plea of not guilty to the aforementioned criminal charges.
“As highlighted by Mr. Combs’ legal representation, he is unable to respond to each baseless allegation amid what has devolved into a reckless media frenzy,” stated Erica Wolff, an attorney for Combs, in a statement to Page Six.
Mr. Combs vehemently and unequivocally denies any allegations of sexual abuse, including those involving minors, characterizing such claims as false and defamatory.
He anticipates the opportunity to prove his innocence and to vindicate his reputation in a court of law, should any claims be formally filed and served, emphasizing that the truth will be determined based on evidence rather than conjecture.
Currently, Mr. Combs is detained at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center while awaiting trial, following the rejection of two requests for bail.
Prosecutors allege that Mr. Combs engaged in a pattern of behavior involving the abuse, intimidation, and coercion of women and others in his vicinity to satisfy his sexual desires, safeguard his public image, and conceal his actions.
He is accused of orchestrating and compelling individuals to participate in drug-induced orgies referred to as “Freak Offs.”
The indictment further states that investigators uncovered a significant cache of narcotics and firearms, along with 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant, during searches of Mr. Combs’ residences in Miami and Los Angeles.
These criminal allegations resonate with assertions made by Mr. Combs’ former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in a lawsuit that was settled the day following its filing.
“This is a matter of substantial importance that we are committed to pursuing with vigor,” Buzbee stated.
“We will diligently pursue all potentially liable parties, encompassing any individual or entity that participated in or benefited from this reprehensible conduct.
As we undertake this critical work, we implore the public to recognize that it is exceedingly challenging and requires immense courage for victims to come forward.
I urge that we extend to these courageous individuals the dignity and compassion they rightfully deserve as they navigate this arduous process.
Furthermore, I encourage anyone who has been victimized or who possesses knowledge regarding the alleged behavior to step forward. Rest assured, your identity will be kept confidential at this stage.
A Sexual Assault Hotline has been established for those wishing to make reports, which can be reached at 1-800-200-7474.”
