Molly-Mae Hague has expressed that she feels “empowered” and no longer recognizes her former self in her first interview since her split from Tommy Fury, coinciding with the launch of her new brand, Maebe.
Molly-Mae Hague is anticipating a “new era” in her life following her separation from fiancé Tommy Fury.
In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, following her unexpected breakup in August, the influencer stated that she feels “emotional” but is focusing her energy on their one-year-old daughter, Bambi, and her newly launched clothing line, Maebe.
However, launching her fashion label amid the conclusion of her five-year relationship has allowed Molly to concentrate on the next chapter, remarking, “It was really good timing for this to happen for me. It has all just aligned perfectly.”
Having fallen in love with Tommy on national television five years ago, Molly admits she no longer recognizes the 19-year-old who entered the villa, noting that the creation of Maebe has instilled in her a newfound confidence.
Molly stated to Newsafro.com: “Becoming a mother transformed me significantly, shifting my priorities in fashion, making it the perfect time to launch Maebe. I was truly ready to immerse myself in something new.
“I have a strong sense of optimism about this new chapter in my life, believing it will be special and a rewarding focus alongside being a mother to Bambi.
“The timing of this change has been ideal for me; everything has aligned perfectly. I’m incredibly excited about it. I genuinely believe in the brand’s potential. I envision Maebe having a significant future.
“If I take the right steps and manage it well, I truly see it becoming a prominent brand that everyone knows—that’s my dream and my goal.”
The launch of Molly’s brand has been three years in the making, delayed by the birth of Bambi in January 2023.
On Saturday, she inaugurated her first pop-up shop, allowing fans to experience the clothing ahead of the 12-item collection’s sale next Sunday evening at 7 PM.
This marks a significant milestone in Molly’s career, having spent years associating her name with brands like Beauty Works and PrettyLittleThing, where she took on the role of creative director in 2021.
Over the past five years, Molly has steadily carved out her identity, not only establishing a home for herself and Bambi but also evolving as a woman.
