Nicole Eggert isn’t troubled by Jeremy Jackson’s recent confession about his inappropriate behavior on the set of “Baywatch.” Instead, she’s commending her co-star for his honesty. In a viral moment, Jeremy admitted to sneaking into the “Baywatch” trailers and sniffing the crotches of the red swimsuits worn by his female castmates.
Nicole Eggert acknowledged that she was unaware of Jeremy Jackson’s inappropriate on-set behavior at the time, but she emphasized that she is untroubled by the revelation.
As Nicole explained, Jeremy, who portrayed David Hasselhoff’s son Hobie Buchannon for eight seasons, was merely behaving as many adolescent boys do. She acknowledged that everyone experiences not-safe-for-work moments during puberty.
According to Nicole, she appreciated Jeremy’s candidness about his past behavior while appearing in the docuseries, “After Baywatch: Moment in the Sun.” She expressed admiration for his openness in discussing his bad boy antics.
Jeremy also addressed how his drug addiction peaked prior to his sudden departure from the TV series. He recounted an incident where his on-screen father, David Hasselhoff, confronted him for being under the influence. Hasselhoff, however, believed Jeremy was using marijuana rather than methamphetamine.
Although many “Baywatch” alumni took part in the new docuseries, “After Baywatch,” some prominent figures, including Pamela Anderson, opted not to appear. We also spoke with Matthew Felker, the director of the new docuseries, who revealed that Pamela Anderson had initially been open to participating. However, she changed her mind after the Hulu series “Pam & Tommy” caused her distress.
Felker noted that Pamela Anderson decided to create her own documentary, “Pamela, A Love Story” on Netflix, and he expressed understanding of her decision. As he put it, “You can’t always get what you want.”
