NFL superstar Cooper Kupp has recently sold his Oregon mansion, which features an array of amenities including indoor training facilities. The Los Angeles Rams receiver sold the 5,700 square-foot Wilsonville property for $3 million. Given the mansion’s extensive features, this price appears to be quite a bargain for the new buyer.
The gated estate, situated on a four-acre lot, includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, hardwood floors, French doors, a spacious gym, and a separate guest house. Additionally, the property features a 4,600-square-foot training facility that Cooper Kupp installed to maintain his fitness during the NFL offseason.
Initially listed at $3.5 million, the property was sold this week by Kendra Ratcliff of LUXE.
