Britain’s leading doctors are attributing an unprecedented rise in cancer rates to the consumption of ultra-processed foods, which experts believe may significantly contribute to cancer risk.
This disturbing trend, which doctors have yet to fully explain, shows that cancer, typically associated with older age, is becoming more common among individuals under 40.
A recent major study found that people born in 1990 are three times more likely to develop certain cancers compared to those over 70. Additionally, other cancer types are rising in younger age groups, while rates are declining among older populations.
