DJ Akademiks has claimed that the reason Drake went with a big squad of up to 20 close associates and bodyguard Chubbs, to Michael Rubin’s White Party, was to determine what his industry peers felt like, since this bash went down about two months after the Kendrick Lamar battle ended.
Evidently, Drake was the only one allowed to bring in associates as everyone else had a tight one-guest limit.
